The four-star Superior Grand Hotel Monopole represents a solid tradition in Valkenburg aan de Geul and has been synonymous with hospitality for more than 100 years. Important information for your arrival at Grand Hotel Monopole
The check-in and check-out process is fully digital. This is what you need to know in advance:
- Grand Hotel Monopole has no reception: your arrival & departure are handled fully digitally.
- Online check-in is mandatory. The link to prepare your stay can be found in your confirmation email.
- Valid payment details are required. Without a valid payment method, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
- On the day of arrival, as soon as your room is ready, you will receive your digital key by email and WhatsApp.
- Are your contact details correct (email address & phone number + country code)? Otherwise, you will not receive any messages and possibly no digital key either.
- Make sure you have an internet connection. The digital check-in is done online; you can also use the hotel’s Wi-Fi network
